Any visitor who has collected at least five stamps and answered three questions correctly on each lucky draw form shall be entitled to |
| |
participate in the lucky draw ("Lucky Draw"). There are no restrictions on the number of entries per visitor. |
| |
|
 |
The Organiser is not a supplier of the product(s) offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.
|
| |
|
 |
The Organiser reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to change the qualifying criteria and the allocation of lucky draw entitlements, to |
| |
terminate or vary the Lucky Draw prizes without prior notice. |
| |
|
 |
Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any entries found to be disqualified.

|
 |
The Organiser reserves the right to all information submitted for the contest.
|
| |

There will be a total of three lucky draws held at AICE 2011:
|

Lucky Draw 1: 23rd July at 1700hrs
|
| |
Lucky Draw 2: 24th July at 1800hrs
|
| |
Grand Lucky Draw: 24th July after Hall close at 1900hrs
|
| |
|

Winners will be notified via email address. The results of the Lucky Draw will be published on AICE's website and in a local English |
| |
newspaper within seven (7) working days from the date of the draw. Any prize not claimed within 30 days from the date of notification, shall |
| |
be forfeited without any liability on the part of the Organiser. |
| |

The Lucky Draw is not open to employees directly involved in the organisation of the AICE 2011, or their family members. The Organiser |
| |
reserves the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any person at its absolute discretion. |
| |
|
 |
The decision of the Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with this Lucky Draw shall be final and binding, and no |
| |
correspondence will be entertained. |
| |
|
 |
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in the lucky draw irrevocably
|
| |
submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. |
